Executive Producer

Opera Zuid is a touring company for and from the southern Netherlands and a leading Basic Infrastructure(BIS) opera facility in the Netherlands. Opera Zuid is looking for a:

Executive Producer

1 fte

The Executive Producer is responsible for the production and technical realisation of our performances.

Who are we looking for:

• An inspiring manager with extensive knowledge, experience and passion in 0pera;
• A pragmatic, systematic organizer who is used to working in a small team;
• Experience with a traveling company;
• Has a relevant network in the sector;

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implement the operational policy;
• Ensure production and technical realization of the activities;
• Managing production and department budgets;
• Leading the executive departments;
• Staff management for the executive departments;
• Takes care of reporting;
• Reports to the intendant.

Job requirements

• Academic or Higher Professional Education level;
• Extensive experience;
• Knowledge of the current field of work.

Salary and terms of employment

Opera Zuid has its own employment regulations. Salaries are based on the scales of the RIJK CAO.
